What does ServerProven mean?

The IBM’s ServerProven® program is a way to insure that software solutions meet criteria to run reliably on IBM’s servers. The program ensures that software products have been validated and can be easily installed, configured to run on IBM’s servers.

Many of the Centerfield’s products are ServerProven®. Information for Centerfield Technologies solutions can be found here.

For additional information regarding ServerProven® program, go here.

When do you charge my Credit Card?

Your credit card is charged when your order is processed, or when it ships. Our payment systems automatically authorize your credit card when your order is submitted. While this is not a charge, your financial institution may reserve these funds from your account for up to 5 business days.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax for any orders that ship into Minnesota. We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered outside these states.

What is IBM System i?

System i is IBM's midrange server line, designed for small businesses and departments in large enterprises. The product line, formerly known as AS/400 (still the preferred name among many long-time users ), was renamed to iSeries in 2000 with the introduction of the V5R1 operating system and 800 line of servers, and later to System i in 2006. System i servers use IBM's Power5 microprocessors and are capable of running five different operating systems at the same time (AIX, Windows, Linux, OS/400, and i5/OS) on multiple partitions.

Do you charge for shipping?
